In an action to recover damages for injury to property, the plaintiff appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, West-chester County (Smith, J.), dated November 21, 2014, which granted the defendant’s motion pursuant to CPLR 3211 (a) to dismiss the complaint, and denied its cross motion for leave to amend the complaint.
