ORDER
STEVENS, District Judge.
In this action plaintiff seeks a deficiency judgment against defendants for the balance due on the lease of a computer system. Defendants in turn sued the manufacturer of the system, Sperry Corporation, alleging the computer never operated properly.
Presently before the court is defendants’ Motion for Partial Summary Judgment, filed August 21, 1981. If granted, the motion will dispose of plaintiff’s action, but the third-party claim will still be pending. Plaintiff filed its reply to the motion on September 22, 1981.
