—In an action for a divorce and ancillary relief, the defendant appeals, as limited by his notice of appeal and brief, from stated portions of a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Slobod, J.), dated January 14, 1997, which, inter alia, (1) awarded the plaintiff maintenance, (2) determined the value and distribution of certain marital property, and (3) awarded the plaintiff a portion of her counsel fees.

Ordered that the judgment is modified, on the law and the facts, by (1) deleting the 13th, 16th, 17th, 19th, 20th, 21st, 22nd, 26th, 27th, 30th, 31st, and 32nd decretal…
