MEMORANDUM OPINION

JUDITH A. BOULDEN, Bankruptcy Judge.

Pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 1112, the debtor, Smith and Son Septic and Sanitation Ser vice (S & SS & SS) filed a motion to dismiss its chapter 11 case. Because of its failure to pay the quarterly fees required under 28 U.S.C. § 1930(a)(6), the United States trustee (UST) objected to the debtor’s motion. The matter was taken under advisement because of the consequences these requests may have upon the parties before the court, all parties in interest and the court itself.
