MEMORANDUM ORDER LARSON, Senior District Judge.
The plaintiff in this civil action for injunctive relief and damages is Northwestern Bell Telephone Company (Northwestern Bell), an Iowa corporation that maintains offices in Minneapolis and St. Paul. Northwestern Bell periodically publishes yellow pages directories that contain listings and advertising purchased by businesses and services organizations within the area served by the directory.
