Nancy W. Sartor, the appellant, and John E. Ward, the respondent, were divorced by a decree of the Family Court for York County in 1971. Custody of their two children, ages six and three, was awarded to the mother, who had moved to Darlington County, the former home of the spouses, upon separation from her husband. The father was allowed bi-weekly visits with the children and was required to pay $35.00 per week for their support. After the father had also moved to Darlington County, and both the father and mother had remarried, he moved in the divorce court for an increase in visitation…
