MEMORANDUM OPINION

EDWARD ELLINGTON, Chief Judge.

This adversary proceeding is before the Court upon the Order of Remand entered in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi, Jackson Di vision. The Order of Remand was entered pursuant to an appeal filed by Wickes Lumber Company from this Court’s Order Dismissing Objection to Discharge and Memorandum Opinion.

Wickes Lumber Company initiated the present adversary proceeding by filing a complaint to determine the dischargeability of its claim against the Defendant, Samuel L. Magee, pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §§…
