This matter comes before the Court on the Motion for Entry of Default Judgment, filed on July 20, 1993, by Clarence B. Rogers, Jr., (hereinafter “Plaintiff’), and the Motion to Remove Default, filed on August 20,1993, by Allied Media, Inc. (hereinafter “Defendant”). The matters involved herein arise in an adversary proceeding commenced by the Plaintiff to compel the turnover of property to the estate, a core proceeding over which the Court has jurisdiction. 28 U.S.C. § 157(b)(2)(E).
