Florence B. Reed, a resident of the Village of Donnelsville, Clark County, Ohio, died testate on the 22nd day of December, 1951, leaving her husband and a daughter by a previous marriage surviving her. The will of said decedent was duly probated on December 29th, 1951, and the surviving spouse, Andrew Reed, was appointed Executor of said will on January 2nd, 1952.
