This is a suit brought by plaintiff, The Fleischmann Distilling Corporation, hereafter called Fleischmann, and plaintiff in intervention, James Buchanan & Company Limited, hereafter called Buchanan, against defendant Maier Brewing Company, hereafter called Maier, and defendant Ralphs Grocery Company, hereafter called Ralphs.
