2Per curiam

This matter came before the Court pursuant to a decision and recommendation of the Supreme Court Disciplinary Board (board) that the respondent, William G. Coningford (respondent), be suspended from the practice of law for , a period of nine months. Article III, Rule 6(d) of the *55Supreme Court Rules of Disciplinary Procedure provides in pertinent part:
