Judgment reversed on the law and a new trial granted, with costs to plaintiffs to abide the event, on the ground that the plaintiffs made prima facie proof of the delivery of materials to the defendant corporation for the improvement of its property for which their liens were filed. Delivery was made on the order of the president of the defendant corporation, which was the owner of the buildings to be improved.
