Appellant Jamie Anne Rhuland appeals the order of the Faulkner County Circuit Court granting Appellee Michael Fahr’s motion to dismiss. On appeal, Rhuland argues that the trial court erred in dismissing her wrongful-death suit, as it was properly brought in her capacity as a personal representative. Alternatively, she argues that her second amended complaint clearly listed her in her official capacity and should relate back to the filing of the original complaint.
