— Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County (Klein, J.), entered December 3, 1981, on a jury verdict in favor of plaintiff in the sum of $30,000, unanimously reversed and vacated, on the law, on the facts and in the exercise of discretion, and the matter remanded for a new trial, without costs or disbursements. The action was brought to recover damages resulting from the death of the decedent, who was killed under the wheels of a Long Island Railroad train at Jamaica station on July 10, 1978.
