These appeals are by four members of a third class district school board from a judgment and decree of ouster by the Court of Common Pleas of Northumberland County. A petition signed by one hundred and ten resident taxpayers of the district was filed in that court under section 217 of the School Code of 1911, for a rule on all the then school directors, numbering seven, to show cause why they should not be removed from office.
