— Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Ulster County, rendered July 27, 1978, convicting defendant upon his plea of guilty of the crime of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree. Defendant contends that the court erred in denying his motion to dismiss the indictment on the ground that he had been denied a speedy trial. A delay of approximately one year occurred between the date defendant was indicted on a felony drug charge and the date the People were ready for trial.
