OPINION

{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Margaret Gratz, appeals her forty-two month prison sentence in the Mahoning County Common Pleas Court for receiving stolen property, forgery, and passing bad checks.

{¶ 2} This case involves two separate criminal cases. On February 15, 2007, a Mahoning County grand jury indicted Gratz for receiving stolen property, a fourth-degree felony, in violation of R.C. 2913.51(A)(C).
