— Judgment of the Supreme Court, Bronx County (David Stadtmauer, J.), rendered December 4, 1987, sentencing defendant upon his plea of guilty to attempted criminal sale of a controlled substance in the first degree (Penal Law §§ 110.00, 220.43) and attempted criminal possession of a controlled substance in the first degree (Penal Law §§ 110.00, 220.21) to concurrent terms of six years to life, to be served concurrently with any sentence imposed in Federal court, unanimously reversed, on the law, the plea and sentence vacated, and the case remanded for further proceedings.
