The defendant, Poffenbaugh, while represented by counsel pleaded guilty to three counts in an indictment charging embezzlement. The cause was set for hearing on August 18, 1967, at which time the defendant presented character witnesses in mitigation of sentence and a probation report was presented to the court. The court sentenced the defendant to serve concurrent sentene es in the Ohio Penitentiary.
