Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court (Relihan, Jr., J), entered December 9, 2002 in Tompkins County, which, inter alia, granted the motion of defendants Cynthia H. Foley and Frank Foley for summary judgment dismissing the complaint and cross claims against them.
This action arises out of a June 1999 two-car accident in the Town of Lansing, Tompkins County. The accident occurred after defendant Jeffrey A.
