OPINION

This is an action by the trustee to recover alleged preferential payments of $145,-160.50.
On March 19, 1981, Advanced Glove Manufacturing Company (debtor) filed a petition under chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code. On November 30, 1981, the case was converted to chapter 7 and a trustee appointed. Within ninety days of the filing of the petition in bankruptcy, the debtor paid a creditor, Southwest Textiles, Inc.
