(In connection herewith it is to be noted that counsel for plaintiff in error ask leave to review and question the correctness of Mitchell v. Southern Ry. Co., 118 Ga. 845; Coakley v. Southern Ry. Co., 120 Ga. 960; Hazlehurst v. Seaboard Air-Line Ry., 118 Ga. 858.)”
