HOOD, District Judge.
Defendant Edgar Jones [Jones] has moved the court to dismiss the complaint against him on the grounds that it was not filed within the applicable statute of limitations period and that the plaintiffs have not charged him with any pattern of racketeering activities to support a claim under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Orga nizations Act [RICO], 18 U.S.C. § 1962(c).
