delivered the Opinion of the Court. ¶1 Ray Ramberg appeals the orders from the Ninth Judicial District Court, Toole County, dismissing his motion to modify the parenting plan regarding his child (“C.M.R.”) with Amber Massey, and denying his motion to change venue from Toole County to Hill County. We affirm.
