"The Southland Greyhound Lines, Inc., filed this suit praying for an injunction against the Mayor, City Attorney, and the City Tax Collector and Assessor and the City Manager of the City of Fort Worth, to restrain said officers, and especially J. M. Floyd, acting as Deputy Tax Collector, from selling one motor bus, upon which said tax collector had levied to satisfy alleged delinquent taxes and accrued penalties alleged to be due.
