The agreed facts out of which this action arose, briefly stated, are these: On March 2, 1933, the Grendel Mills had a deposit balance in its favor in the Greenwood branch of the Central Union Bank of South Carolina, which we shall refer to as the bank, amounting to $2,578.13.
