MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

MORAN, Senior District Judge.

Plaintiffs Thomas & Betts Corporation and Thomas & Betts Holdings, Inc. (collectively “T & B”) have filed a seventeen-count complaint against' competitor Pan-duit Corp. (Panduit) and former employee Jeffrey Wimmer (Wimmer) (collectively “defendants”), alleging misappropriation of confidential information in violation of contract, tort, and state statutory law. Defendants have moved for summary judgment with respect to fourteen of the seventeen counts. For the reasons set forth below, we grant defendants’ motion.
