Appellants, plaintiffs in the trial court, appeal final orders dismissing two of the three defendants pursuant to Rule 1.420(e), Florida Rules of Civil Procedure, for failure to prosecute. It is undisputed that, in the year preceding filing of the motions to dismiss, there was no record activity directed toward either of the defendants which was dismissed.
