In an action, inter alia, for the rescission and cancellation of a release signed by the plaintiff and the reformation of a deed to the parties’ former residence, the plaintiff appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Ramirez, J.), entered June 15, 1984, which, after a nonjury trial, dismissed the complaint.
