Appellee Gem Line, Inc. filed suit on a note executed by Anne Sapp and a note executed by Charles M. Sapp doing business as The Olive Tree Fine Jewelry. When the defendants failed to appear and prosecute the case, the trial court struck their answer and entered a default judgment in favor of Gem Line, Inc. Nearly two years later, Anne Sapp filed a motion to set aside the default judgment against her.
