MEMORANDUM OPINION

This Chapter 13 case presents the question of how the Seventh Circuit’s decision in Colon v. Option One Mortgage Corporation, 319 F.3d 912 (7th Cir.2003), applies beyond the typical “judicial foreclosure” procedure, i.e., a judicial sale and subsequent confirmation. At issue is whether a debtor has an interest in property which can be protected in bankruptcy after entry of a “consent foreclosure” judgment in a foreclosure case involving an installment land contract, or a contract for deed.
