The Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway Company and the Railway Express Agency, Inc., filed with the Illinois Commerce Commission on June 15, 1943, a petition seeking authority to change the agency station at Wilbern, Marshall county, to a prepay station. A hearing was held and, on October 6, 1943, the commission entered an order denying the petition. A rehearing was granted on November 16, 1943.
