Petitioners, township supervisors of various townships1 in Genesee County, appeal as of right from an order of the Michigan Tax Tribunal dismissing their petition for review.

The pertinent facts began on May 5, 1975, when the Genesee County Board of Commissioners, respondents herein, adopted an equalization report setting the total equalized value of real property in the county at $2,050,286,417. The board rejected an equalization report submitted by the County Equalization Department setting the total value at $2,229,208,234.
