ALLEN, Justice.
This is an appeal from an order granting summary judgment for appellee Craig Wilbur on appellant Gillis’s claim for attorney’s fees. In a single point of error, Gillis contends that the trial court erred in granting the summary judgment on the ground that Gillis’s claim was barred by res judica-ta. We disagree with appellant’s contention and, consequently, affirm the judgment of the trial court.
