The appellees, the Petrovich plaintiffs, filed an application for rehearing, asserting that this Court lacks jurisdiction to consider the appeal. The appellees alternatively argue that this Court erred in reversing the District Court judgment and in failing to recognize that the Petrovich plaintiffs are entitled to the funds in the registry of court by virtue of La.
