MEMORANDUM OPINION

MICHAEL F. URBANSKI, District Judge.

This lawsuit challenges the practice of the Board of Supervisors of Pittsylvania County, Virginia of regularly opening its meetings with Christian prayer.1 This matter is currently before the court on plaintiffs Motion for Leave to Proceed Using Pseudonyms and for Protective Order (Dkt. #3). A hearing was held on various pending motions in this case on December 9, 2011.
