C. C. Finley, administrator for C. D. Finley, deceased, sued out an attachment in the circuit court of Leflore county against Lee Armstrong, the appellee, alleging that Armstrong was indebted to C. C. Finley in the sum of one thousand two hundred and thirteen dollars and one cent.
