Ricky Ashford seeks review of the final decision of the Merit Systems Protection Board (“MSPB” or “Board”) affirming the United States Postal Service’s (the “agency”) removal decision. Ashford v. United States Postal Serv., No. SF-0752-99-0618-1-2 (Merit Sys. Prot. Bd. Mar. 1, 2000). We affirm the Board’s decision.
