AKIN, Justice.

This is an appeal from a summary judgment granted Ford Motor Credit Company for a deficiency on a promissory note against Sunjet, Incorporated and on a guaranty contract against Newton R. Serrio, Anthony Fasonella, I. Eugene Barlow, and Richard R. Wadsworth, Jr. The note was secured by a Learjet aircraft which was repossessed and sold by Ford at a public sale. The principal question presented on this appeal is which party had the burden of proof with respect to whether the sale of the aircraft was conducted in a commercially reasonable manner under articles 9.504(c) and 9.507(b)…
