The plaintiffs, Institutional Food Marketing Associates, Ltd. (FMA), and Food Service Systems, Inc. (FSS), appeal from the district court’s 1 , 587 F.Supp. 1105, grant of the defendant’s, Golden State Strawberries, Inc. (GSS), motion to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction. We affirm.
