OPINION

BECKER, Circuit Judge.

Raymond Alexander appeals from an order of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania denying his petition for a writ of habeas corpus under 28 U.S.C. § 2254. We will affirm.

As we write essentially for the parties, we need not describe the facts of this case in detail. Briefly, Alexander was convicted by a jury in Bucks County, Pennsylvania of statutory sexual assault, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, and corrupting the morals of a minor.
