OPINION

GLENN A. NORTON, Judge.

Father appeals the judgment terminating his parental rights. We affirm.

I. BACKGROUND

Mother and Father are not married to each other, but have had an “on and off often volatile relationship.” Mother was married to another man at the time these children were born. Later, when Mother was staying at Father’s house with the children, Father went to court to obtain an order of protection against Mother. While he was gone, Mother unexpectedly vacated Father’s house and left the children with her sister, which ultimately resulted in the children being taken into…
