The Tax Appellants, the Riley at Jackson Remonstrance Group, Sue Barnes, Joanna Blacketor, Lawna Graf, Judith Over-myer, Jack Saylor, David Varner, and Petitioner Thomas Brademas (collectively the Remonstrance Group), appeal a final determination of the State Board of Tax Commissioners (the State Board).
