ROBERTS, Justice.
The Department of Defense and Veterans’ Services, State of Maine (Department) appeals a decision of the Superior Court, Kennebec County, vacating an arbitrator’s denial of a grievance filed by the Maine State Employees Association (MSEA), and Albert Giandrea and Adrien St. Amand. Giandrea and St. Amand are employees of the Department and members of the Operations, Maintenance and Support Services Bargaining Unit (Unit).
