In an action, inter alla, to recover damages for breach of contract, the plaintiffs appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Loehr, J.), dated May 3, 2013, which denied their motion pursuant to CPLR 7503 (b) to vacate the defendant’s demand for arbitration, to stay an arbitration pending between the parties before the American Arbitration Association, and to direct the defendant to reimburse them for costs incurred in connection with that pending arbitration.

Ordered that the order is affirmed, without costs or disbursements.
