This is an action of foreclosure. The bond and mortgage involved were given by the defendants Edgar D. Cantwell, Juliette E. Cantwell and John T. Garry, and became due by their terms on September 17, 1927. Subsequent to the date of said mortgage and in 1924, the mortgagors conveyed the property to “ The Grace Laundering Corporation,” and in such deed this corporation assumed and agreed to pay said mortgage. The property was again transferred by “ The Grace Laundering Corporation ” on July 26, 1927, to Jos. V. Lonergan, and by said deed said Lonergan likewise assumed and agreed to pay the…
