BEAUCHAMP, Judge.
The appeal is from a conviction on a charge of murder with a life sentence in the penitentiary.
In order to consider the questions raised it will be necessary to discuss the facts in a manner similar to the development of the case. It will also be helpful to keep in mind that the defendant denied his guilt and contested all proof so long as the State was relying on circumstantial evidence.
