Bryant v. Cadena Contracting, Inc.

I agree with the court’s decision but am concerned with the confusion caused by Ark. Code Ann. § 18-44-115 for the reasons set forth in my concurring opinion in Bryant v. Jim Atkinson Tile, 100 Ark. App. 408, 269 S.W.3d 383 (2007).
