This is an action to recover damages for personal injuries alleged to have been sustained by the plaintiff through the negligence of the defendant in the operation of one of its cars on its east-bound track on the Williamsburgh Bridge Plaza at the Brooklyn end of the bridge on the 25th day of September, 1913.
