After his motion to suppress evidence was denied, Larry C., a minor, admitted the allegations of a petition alleging that he had committed a murder, an attempted robbery and a robbery. He was adjudged to be a ward of the juvenile court, pursuant to section 602 of the Welfare and Institutions Code, and was committed to the California Youth Authority.
The issue before us is the validity of the trial court’s ruling denying the minor’s motion to suppress incriminating statements made by him after he was arrested in his home pursuant to an arrest warrant. The minor contends…
